The Medical Spa at Kiawah offers medical grade skin treatments like custom facials, HydraFacials, microdermabrasion and chemical peels, along with massage, injectables, fillers, acupuncture, teeth whitening, full-body waxing, B12 shots, microneedling, microblading, lash lifts and light therapy, in a professional and inviting spa setting.
What is a medical spa?
A medical spa operates under the direction of a medical director (ours is Dr. Emily Darr) and uses medical-grade products and treatments. You'll find many of the same services as traditional spas, in addition to things like botox injections, chemical peels, and microblading.

The Medical Spa at Kiawah was opened by Owner and Licensed Aesthetician Rebecca Williams in October 2017 to provide medical spa services to the residents and visitors of Johns, Kiawah and Seabrook islands.
